Sun and Moon: Part V - The Reunion
As you can see... it has a title now :D
Named so because of Alex and Sandra, the two people who could never be, but will defy everything to defend their love. (CHEESE overload!)
************************
William dashed to the airport in his limousine. He is so excited to finally meet his three best friends who he had last seen ages ago. He had already called Tina and confirmed that she is already in his house.
"William!" yelled a firm, Russian-accented voice from the waiting area.
"Zaira! Oh, look at you!" William said as he looked at her from head to foot. However, his glance was stolen by two familiar Japanese girls.
"Cara, Hana? Whoa!" William said in awe.
"Dozo yoroshiku! It's nice seeing you again, William," Cara said.
"We were also called by Zaira to go here and meet you," Hana said. "We do not have any plans, and since it is the semestral break, we decided to accept Zaira's request."
"Wow Zaira, you're ultimate at these surprises!" William said.
"Oh yeah I know. Now lets get home and meet Tina and have some fun!" Zaira replied.
They were escorted by the limo back to William's manor. There he saw Tina sitting on the lounge, and beckoned his friends to sit as well. They had a nice, long talk in swigs of English tea.
"So, William, how are things going here?" Hana asked.
"Oh, it's very good, thank you," William replied. "It's nice for each one of us, especially Sandra, who has found a new love in the eyes of a certain guy named Alex."
The girls said their exclamations, and continued to 'ooh' and 'ahh' over the story William told them about Sandra and Alex.
"That's perfect! Finally, a flower in the troop has finally met her prince!" Cara exclaimed. "We should be in perfect support in this time!"
"That, I think I might not be in to," William replied.
"Why not?"
"I think that this boy might just bring trouble to her. I sense it."
"Oh, William, do not be a killjoy! Sandra has finally found the love of her life! Are you not letting her experience this?"
"Oh, I don't know. I think I should take a look at the affair and see what happens. I warned you, when I sense something, it becomes true 99% of the time."
"William, do not be too much of yourself," Zaira said. "It's better if we wait and see what happens."
"Oh, all right," William sighed. "Change of topic! Who's up for some card games?"
"William, we came here to have fun as in HAVE FUN. Card games are like, so ages ago! We should go some place and have REAL fun there!" Tina said.
"I figure you might say that," William said with a smirk. "Come on girls, we have a beach to invade!"
"WHOO-HOO!" the girls exclaimed.
"By the way, what beach would it be, William? If you do not have any place in mind, I know of a good one nearby. It has less people going in it, the water's perfect, and the food in their resort bar is great!" Tina said as she whipped out a flyer from her purse.
"Wow, Tina, how did you know that was the beach I reserved? Well, girls this is where we're going!"
"Double WHOO-HOO!" Tina said. "C'mon, William, I can't wait to take on the waters again!"
The friends had a nice, long trip to the beach that day. And all they could think of that day is how they would spend fun in the limited quality time they had, and it was all that mattered.

Another Good Movie
Hello there! It's been soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long (I think the O's can't suffice for the time) since I posted on this blog of mine. It's because we had a helluva week (or was it almost a month?) studying for examinations, and now, it's finished, so I could post again! Weee! So you say, "What the heck's with the title?" I'll say what that 'heck' is. It's "In My Life" cast by John Lloyd Cruz, Luis Manzano, and Ms. Vilma Santos. And it was a REAL GOOD MOVIE! This film had the right mix of emotions for the right times in the whole of the film. At first, it'll have you laughing, then you'll end up crying in the next scene. Another good thing was that the ending isn't what you expect it to be. Oh, I have run out of words to say for this film. I'm still speechless since I posted this after I watched it. Well, watch it for yourself! Promise, it will be worth every single penny. After the short-post-that-could-not-do-justice-for-my-long-hiatus, I think I should go back to my comfy hotel bed and enjoy this long weekend. Will be interviewing Arnold Clavio on the 21st! (deep breath) Cheers to all!

The Last Days of Fun
Yesterday, we did not have a lot of classes (to the point that we went to school for just one class!) so we went to SM Manila to watch a movie. I was so excited with the movie-watching thing, since this was the, believe it or not, the FIRST time I'll watch a movie with friends. In order not to buy any more big food in the moviehouse, we went to a restaurant to fill up our tummies. We had a lot of fun at that part too, since it was the time we had to share what happened to us the last few weeks (the highlights of which will be backtracked later) especially to Ate Sario, our FBC, who is now in 3rd year (it was soo much fun being with you Ate Sario!) and could not be able to visit us often because of her subject load. So, on to the movie. We watch Disney Pixar's "UP," a story about a man who tries to fulfill his late wife's wish, and learns valuable morals and earns new friends in the process. If you haven't watched this film yet, I tell you: IT IS A MUST-WATCH! I swear it is really worth every penny, not only because of the excellent cinematography the fusion of Disney and Pixar offers, but also because of its heartwarming story, and its moral of letting go of the things of the past and turn it as an inspiration to embark on a new adventure of your own. I also liked the way the characters are made by all the people behind the movie, and how their separate lives (in this film, the protagonist Carl and his co-protagonist, the child Russell) met in this film that would surely send you in fits of laughter and tears of joy. (Do I qualify as an endorser for this film?) Well, after the film, we took a picture at the "UP" movie booth, and my friends noticed that I looked like the kid from the story. Well, I don't know about you, but here, judge for yourself: So, after the film, we went our separate ways. Mich, Teia, and I went to Worlds of Fun to burn the popcorn and chips in all the rides (laughs). We all went home afterwards. All in all, it was a fun day, and it will be one of those that I'll never forget.

An All-in-One Post
Well, for the past weeks, I have been saying to my friends, "Ooh! I will blog this!!" and "Oooh, will blog that!!" but I have never really posted during those past few weeks. So, to compensate for all those would-be posts, here is an all-in-one post that aims to do justice for all those events.
1. The Panty Escapades Part I
I really didn't know what devilish intentions entered our minds this time, but on one Tuesday, five of us (specifically Teia, Christine, Michelle, Marah and me) went to Robinsons place to have some fun since there were no classes the next day. Then, one of us suggested going to Boy A's dorm (well, you know who you are!) and from that moment, it was history.
We went next to a mini-tiangge in the mall to see what 'surprise' we could get for Boy A, who's also a friend of ours. The really devious thing came when another one of us thought of buying a piece of very skimpy lingerie and play a prank on Boy A by leaving it in his dorm room! We didn't know what made us say yes at that moment, but, when we knew it, we bought a veeeery non-conservative t-back for 60 php and decided to carry out the plan. However, we were not that ready to leave the mall yet, so we decided to have some more fun with the lingerie piece before we raid Boy A's dorm. So, we decided to go "funniest-videos-mode" and filled Christine's cam with videos of us taking turns (okay fine, only Teia did this) in dropping the panty on the floor and see who will notice and the rest of us, who pretended not to know her, would give her back the lingerie. Our experiment was a success. Many boys noticed the panty, but did not dare give it back to her since they saw that it was a piece of lingerie (how we laughed at the time!!). Well, I could say that THAT was one of the most daring moments I've done on a mall!
Sporting stitches in our stomachs, we proceeded to Boy A's dorm. We noticed that it was only him who was inside, and our plan was successfully carried without him noticing. We had a very fun time at Boy A's dorm, especially for Christine (who knew what else happened at that time, but I decide not to divulge it for her privacy XD) and we left Boy A's dorm with smiles on our faces, for it was a boy's dorm, and having it in their room would mean... well, the reactions will be priceless, bwahahahaha!
Epilogue: Ahahahaha, Boy A gave us back the piece of lingerie the next day, telling us how he and his roomies scrambled about on the room because of the discovered piece of lingerie. What we laughed about is that he handed it to us like a piece of evidence in a crime scene investigation! Thanks for the laughs, Boy A, you know who you are!
2. The Panty Escapades Part II
Friday last week, we did this again after we had some ice cream for detox after a Biology quiz. We did the videos again with new companions we had, who included Teejay (woohoo you're brave!) and me. Wow, how those people's eyes grew big upon seeing that we, being boys, dropped a piece of lingerie!!
3. A New Group Expression
We all know how the words, "oh, my gosh" mean, but my friend Christine just uses it in every situation! Here are sample dialogues with Christine using "oh, my gosh" and notice that her expression does not choose a particular time and place!
(casual conversation) Gino: Christine, you know what? I saw this guy yesterday, and he smiled when I told him that you love him! Christine: Oh, my gosh!!
(deadline for passing school requirements) Gino: Hey, Christine, when do you plan on passing our data sheets in Biology? Christine: Oh, my gosh, I haven't done it yet!
(worrying about exam results) Christine: There was this one time when, oh my gosh!! Sir's here and he has our depex grades! Oh, my gosh!!
(choosing where to eat at the mall) Christine: Oh my gosh, where shall we eat??
(random "awww, you're so sweet" moments) Gino: I just realized that we have the same likes! Awww, we will end up loving each other forever! Teia and Ross: Awwwww! Christine: (looks at all of us smiling affectionately)... OH MY GOSH!!
I don't know if OMG became part of her everyday conversation, but we have fun with it, so it became a group expression! Woohoo! Thanks Christine, you are the light of our lives! (Oh, my gosh! hahaha)
Well, I think that ends the random experiences post! I'll try remembering some more later and post it here!

The Title-less Story Part IV: A Break from the Romance
William spent the hours peacefully sleeping as he dreamt about pleasant things that he could do this weekend.
"This country is nice, with a lot of nice people too," he said as he strolled down an old-style country that might be in Europe. He marveled at all the sights, but one venue that took much of his attention was a big cathedral overlooking the city. Before deciding to go home, he went to the cathedral to look inside.
The cathedral hall was wonderful. Paintings upon paintings of angels and saints decorated the church, the pews were of the finest wood, and the things the priest use for saying Mass were of the purest gold. As he stared in awe at the overwhelming sight, he saw someone starting to play the organ. It was a girl, he assumed, because of the long black hair that swept the back of her head.
As he turned around to ask what she will be playing, he was shocked to see the face of a familiar girl. The girl smiled upon seeing him, and asked him to come nearer.
"We will be coming over today, William," the girl said as she put her index finger on the keys of the organ. "Wake up now, you have to prepare."
"B-but you're in Russia, right? Why have you come all the way here? And who are the other people?"
"You'll know if you wake up now," she said as she began to play.
William heard a bell ring, and he felt a force grip him all the way out the church.
"Zaira! Wait! You haven't told me yet who else will come! Oi!"
William woke with a start to the sound of his phone ringing. He answered it, and Zaira's voice came from the phone.
"Hey there, William! I have a surprise for you!"
"Hmmm... are you coming over today?"
"Yes... HEY! How did you know?"
"Let's say I have an extreme ESP..." William said in between laughs.
"Oh, whatever... but that's only part of it!"
"Okay, let the suspense be. I'll be preparing!"
"I'll be coming in about 30 minutes!"
"Okay!" William said as he hung up.
He then walked out of his room and told the maids to prepare for his friend's coming. He also decided to call on Tina to tell of Zaira's visit, and Tina said she will be coming over too.
This will be one of the most exciting reunions to happen, William thought as he dashed over to the pavillion to look at the preparations.

The Title-less Story Part III
So, it's back to Sandra's point of view. Enjoy! *************** Before I knew it, it was the final class of this day. Chemistry is one of my most hated subjects, and I wish I never had it on my class list for this semester. However, I need to take this to fill up one of those General Science classes on my overall curriculum, so I had to endure an hour and a half of lectures I don't want to hear. "Alex! Don't forget about our party later!" somebody shouted outside "The party... yeah, right, I'll come," the one who must be Alex, replied "You need to wear formal attire, though," another one said. "I'll swing by my dorm to get them. Don't worry, I'll go to your party," Alex replied as he opened the door of the Chemistry classroom. I was shocked. The boy I've been looking forward to meeting entered. It was only about hours ago, but I feel like I haven't met him for ages. He looked at me with his pine green eyes. I looked at him to, and blushed. We had the eye contact for what seemed to be forever. He finally gave me a smile, which I returned. Oh, that smile... I melted at the sight of his smile. He sat with his friends at the further end of the Chemistry classroom, but all the time he kept looking at me and I just couldn't resist looking back. I heaved out a big sigh and grinned as I faced my open notebook and held my pen. "Oooohh.... it's him for the nth time of the day!" Tina said. "C'mon, it's not him. I was just looking at an old friend of mine," I replied. "Okay, then why are you red all over?" William asked. "Am I?" I said as I pulled out my compact mirror and looked at my face. It was indeed as red as a cherry. "Oh my gosh... okay I'm busted," I said with a smile. "Would you try not looking at him just for this class?" Leona, a friend of mine who was not present earlier because she's in a different section, said. "I heard from Irma about how Alex nearly not answered the question of your professor in Physics earlier. He might get reprimanded again," she adds with a smile. "Oh, all right," I said, and stole a last look at him before our professor entered. "Hello class, and welcome to Chemistry 51! I hope it will be a nice new semester for all of us!" the professor, who looks like a fresh college graduate, said. "It's my first year in teaching, and I hope I could teach you well!" The professor then started a lecture on ions. The class was good, not only because of the professor's dynamic teaching strategy (which led me to digress from what I said earlier about Chem), but because of the fact that HE is here in this class with me. I didn't notice the hour and a half fly by, and the professor dismissed the class. "Finally, class is over for today! You guys have any plans?" I said. "Oh, sorry Sandra, but yeah. Have to go home coz' my family's watching a movie later," Leona said. "Yah, me too, Sandra. Have to go to a friend's party tonight," Tina said. "Oh, definitely not me," William said as I looked at him. "Remember the club meeting I have right after class?" "Well, looks like I'm alone now," I said. My other friends went home right after the class, so I was left with nowhere to go. Suddenly, Alex came and went to my seat. Of all the handsome men to come! "Oh, hello there!" I said. "Yeah, um, hi," Alex replied. "You're Sandra from Math and History class, right?" "Yes, and... Alex is the name right? Heard it from your friends before you entered the room, sorry for being sneaky," I said. "Oh, that's no problem," he said. "Um, I think it'll be very awkward since it's your first time to meet me and I'm saying this, but--" "Yes?" I said. I could feel the nervousness, and I could see it in his eyes. "U-um... Do you w-wanna g-g-go with me t-tomorrow night? A-anywhere's fine..." he stammered. I blushed. I never ever thought that he will be asking me out! Help here, I need air!! "Um, yeah, sure, fine with me," I said. "Thanks. I promise it won't be a bad night. What say we meet at the university mall at 6 and we'll talk about a place to go?" "Okay, thanks for inviting me," I said. MY FIRST DATE!! I couldn't help but be euphoric as he left me and closed the classroom door. *************** So, as you see, it's her first major date on part four!

A New Word!
Let's take a break from the story parts! I've been conversing with Ana-chama in YM just a few hours ago, and we have formulated a new vocabulary word! Weeee!!
lalalalalalala \'lalalalalalala\ (noun): 1: expression used by a person to indicate his/her difficulty in understanding a certain topic/concept 2: a feasible answer to difficult problems esp. math, chemistry, and physics problems 3: could be related to the word nosebleed
Usage in common conversation:
Professor: Using the systematic method, calculate the solubility of Chemical X in 0.15M Chemical Y. Use concentration-based constants to accurately determine your answer.
Student: Lalalalalalala!
Note: Its fundamental syllable "la" could be repeated by the user depending on the complexity of the concept.
Ohohohohoho~!
